I don’t want to be a member. Can I still make purchases? Do I have to Join?
Of course – non-members can make purchases as well. We ask you to register your account before you make purchases however – this way we can track your purchases for you and keep count of your tokens and order history.
Is my membership automatically renewing? What are the terms of that renewal?
Yes, the Academy Wrestling membership renews automatically every thirty days. Renewal price is $19.95.
I don’t want to be rebilled. How do I cancel my membership?
Please note that we are currently moving our rebills from our current system over to DHD Media to be handled through them. Until (approximately) April 30th, 2012, some customers will
still be on our old system. Please contact DHD, however, if there are any problems, contact me through email, and I'll take care of it! email@example.com

My Credit Card Number or expiration date has changed. What should I do?
We don’t currently allow for credit card numbers (or other details) to be updated online. There are two ways we can update billing information for you:
1. You can email the webmaster with all pertinent information, and she will update the records for you. (This method will allow you to have uninterrupted membership access!)
2. You can allow your membership to terminate, and then rejoin. The act of rejoining (purchasing a membership) will prompt you to enter payment information, which will then be updated to your account. To keep the same username and password (and thus, your accumulated tokens) you should log in first, before clicking the JOIN link.
I don't know my Username and/or Password.
Visit the forgot password page to try to retrieve your login details.
I used the forgot password link, and it told me my login would be emailed to me, but I never received the email.
Check your junk folder to see if your email program filed it there.
We can only send an email to the email address you registered with.

Am I allowed to download the videos to my computer? Do you offer streaming videos?
All of our videos are available to view by either streaming using your favorite media player, or by downloading to your hard drive first and then playing.
How do I purchase a downloadable (or streaming) video?
We offer two different options for purchasing and downloading videos.
Purchase via Tokens: Purchase a block of tokens and then use the tokens to purchase video clips. 25 tokens will allow you to download a complete video, with video clips priced between 6 and 9 tokens each. See below for instructions on using your tokens.
Purchase via VOD: Our VOD system allows you to purchase either complete videos or partial videos (video clips). Just “Buy VOD” or “Buy Segment” and the video (or clip) will be entered into your basket. Enter as many items into your basket at once, and check out using a credit card.
How do I download my VOD purchase to my computer?
Visit the “My Purchases” page to view your complete order history. Any video that has not yet expired may be downloaded using the links you find on that page.
What are Tokens?
Tokens are our credit system for downloading videos. Purchase a block of tokens (in increments of 25, 50 or 125), and then use your tokens to download video clips without having to check out again. Video clips are priced between 6 and 9 tokens each.

How do I use my Tokens?
Follow links to get to a video download page. Then use the Token Download option listed.
What is my Token Balance?
Please log in to see your token balance
When logged in, your token balance will be displayed on pages where you can buy tokens, or on pages where you can use tokens.
How long is my access to my VOD/Token purchase good for?
We grant you a full 5 days to download your VOD or Token download purchase. You can always check whether you access is still active by checking the “My Purchases” page.
My download stopped/broke in the middle. What should I do?
Try again! We allow you 5 days to download your purchase! If your access has expired, contact the webmaster, and she will help.
My password for my VOD purchase is being rejected. What can I do?
Usernames and Passwords for VOD purchases are case-sensitive. If you are unsure of the correct capitalization for your login, please email the webmaster.
If you just made your purchase, sometimes our servers experience a short delay in activating your access. Wait a few minutes and try again. If all else fails, email the webmaster.
Has your access expired? You can check this by visiting the “My Purchases” page.

What type of payment options do you offer?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
Our billing name is ACA Video Entertainment, Inc.
I received a charge from ACA Video Entertainment, Inc, and I don’t know why?
Please email email@example.com for help. In your email, please provide details like the date and the amount of the charge, plus your name, the type of credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc) and the last four digits of your credit card number.
Are all your videos available in DVD?
Many of our videos are available in DVD. New releases become available in DVD 45 days after their addition to the website. However, there are some videos that will never be available in DVD for various reasons.
How do I order a mail order video?
When you are viewing a video’s detail page, just choose the BUY DVD (or BUY VHS) to add the video to your basket.
How long will it take to get my DVD in the mail?
Your video will be shipped as soon as possible. In the best case, the ship date will be within 2 business days after the day you placed your order. However, at sometimes a video may be on backorder, or we are out of the office filming. We will do our best to ship your video ASAP, but please allow two to three weeks for your video to arrive.
Can I order a custom video?

Where can I watch a sample or preview clip of the videos on the website?
On the Member’s Clips page for each video is a sample clip that is available to all!
Can I contact the girls from your videos? Can you provide an email address for the girls?
No, unfortunately, to protect their privacy we provide no contact or personal information for any of our wrestlers. The ones that want to be found have their own personal websites – try googling them!
